In October 2018 Leisure Fit Insights began capturing data via a custom-designed Mystery Shopping for its client, a QLD-based amusement experiencing a plateau in attendance. The program provided valuable data & insight relating to opportunities for service process improvements - formal recommendations were made to the client based on these findings.
The client, who only began to implement changes in March 2019, has already reported a 3% increase in visitation.
